BRIEF
A new, state-of-the-art research, learning and business incubation centre at UCC. A five-storey, 25,000m2 landmark building designed by architects Scott Tallon Walker. Solar thermal water system, for large scale hot water usage.

Sustainability has been a key element of the design. The building features a full-height glazed atrium and internal courtyards to maximise natural light and allow extensive use of natural ventilation.
