Benefits of Home Energy Upgrade Grants

Ashgroves Home Energy Upgrades are suitable for homes which requires 3 or more upgrade measures, and therefore is a more holistic approach. Homes can be eligible for any of the following SEAI Grant schemes – Better Energy Community scheme BECs, Better Energy Home Scheme BEHs, Better Energy Warmer Homes scheme BEWHs, Sustainable Energy Community scheme SECs, National Housing Retrofit scheme NHRs.

Most homeowners, once eligible, opt for insulation (attic and/or cavity) upgrade, heat pump and solar PV installation. This guarantees that the house will reach a minimum building energy rating of B2. We can also include window & door upgrades, energy monitoring, electric vehicle EV charger where requested.
